Welcome, this is the Center for Public Management home page. We are a full-service training firm that has provided services to the international community since 1975.
For over 20,000 participants, we have offered proven training experiences at convenient locations based on customer demand for specific training topics. Our seminar leader provides current regulatory guidance paired with solid practitioner experience for a robust training experience. Seminar participants also benefit from thoroughly prepared training materials. We offer seminars in two categories of U.S. government compliance and financial management: USAID seminars and CDC seminars. We routinely publish a training seminar brochure listing our seminar course outlines, CPE credits awarded, dates and locations.
We provide softcopy Accounting Policies and Procedures Manuals for nonprofits, government agencies, contractors or general business. By customizing these softcopy templates of essential prewritten policies, an organization may write its own accounting policies and procedures manual in as little as one day. We offer a softcopy USAID Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual, specifically oriented to USAID NGOs.
We also provide a softcopy Field Office Finance Manual for non-government organizations, a Benefits Policies for Overseas Personnel Manual and two new softcopy packages: a Subgranting Manual with updated ADS Chapter 303 guidance, and a Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual for a contractor procurement system review.
